Who is Micro Monkeys for?
Short answer: Young kids 3 and 4 years of age and a participating parent or caregiver.
We keep the class short, simple, and joyful so children can move, learn basics, and succeed with your help beside them.

What will my child learn?
Short answer: Movement, balance, basic BJJ positions, and age-appropriate self-control.
Kids practise tumbling, animal walks, safe falling, “base” and “frames,” plus partner games that teach taking turns and using gentle pressure.
Do parents take part?

You will be on the mat with your child, modelling focus and helping them feel safe. We will show you exactly how to assist.
Is it safe for little ones?
